  • Ashford Formula is a water based sodium silicate penetrating sealer.
  • Ashford Formula starts working from the time the product is applied to the concrete.
  • There will be no immediate visible change to the treated concrete surface.
  • Complete cure time will be between 6 to 12 months.
  • Regular maintenance is essential to developing the smart low sheen floor finish.
  • Machine scrub with clean water, do not use abrasive chemicals, only use high ph cleaners.
  • The recommended cleaner for all Ashford Formula treated floors is Crete-Clean floor cleaner.
